"Both Warren and Gareth in Hove are an excellent team. This was the

best and most

personal solicitor experience I have had over the last 10 years. They were professional, supportive, friendly and they made a very stressful sale bearable. I am looking forward

to using their services again"

Mediation

A mediation may be the best opportunity for parties to reach a negotiated compromise rather than to have one imposed upon them by the Court. Mediation can be used to try an resolve any form of dispute such as a civil proceeding or even a divorce.

Do you know the advantages of Mediation?

What is mediation?

In mediation, each party in a dispute has an opportunity to put forward its case and a chance to hear what another party has to say.  A mediator helps the parties reach agreement about how a dispute should be settled.

The mediator is not a Judge.  At a mediation you can be frank, open and trust the mediator who will do all in his/her power to assist the parties in finding a resolution to their dispute.

For more information about mediation, please contact:

email Civillitigation@howlettclarke.co.uk or telephone our FREEPHONE number 0800 0156918 and ask to speak with a lawyer from the Civil Litigation Department.
